All holidays are presented from our family's perspective as believers in
The Bible tells us, "do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ." (Col. 3:16-17, NIV).
And also, "One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind." (Romans 14:5, NIV)
We believe, therefore, that we have freedom to celebrate, or not celebrate, whatever days we wish, as we are led by G-d. If you feel very strongly that you should or should not observe a particular day, please follow your conscience before G-d, but don't e-mail us and try to convince us that what G-d has led you to do is what all people should do. We won't read it, and we won't respond. Sorry to have to put it bluntly, but this has been an issue for us.
Whatever days you choose to celebrate, and every day of your life, may you have the joy of the L-RD as your strength!
